The process of handling returns can be a stressful and time-consuming one for any small eCommerce business. With everything that else that needs to be done, immediately responding to customer queries often unintentionally takes the backseat in place of the other daily functions of your business – let’s face it, no one wants to spend their free time replying to customer emails. And as a customer, you don’t want to wait for days just to get a reply about your product issue or question. That’s where the team of expert software designers at UltraWeb Marketing comes in! The Head Hunter Support portal was designed to more easily facilitate customer service issues, website troubleshooting, and Return Merchandise Authorizations. A customer can simply access the support portal and search for solutions to common problem related to their specific model of equipment. And if for whatever reason the customer is unable to find what they’re looking for, they can find the answer by quickly filling out and submitting a short support request. Once the support request is reviewed by a technician, they can quickly and easily reply to the customer, or even issue a return authorization for the item in question. The system will then notify the customer with the RMA return shipping information, while also tracking the equipment testing and replacement process if so required.
