Project Overview
This custom piece of software nicknamed D.A.D. was built for TechPro Security Products because an out-of-the-box solution just wouldn’t do. It has been developed to meet their specific needs and assists in all aspects of their business including sales, inventory control, purchasing, shipping/receiving, leads and product support.
D.A.D. is used by salespeople in order to track sales, manage leads, and communicate with their customers. It analyzes data and assists purchasing agents with inventory targets and inventory control. Their technicians use it to track support tickets, issue product RMA’s and retain a call log history. The warehouse uses it to track shipping and receiving statuses and catalog tracking numbers.
While being tied directly to the inventory database this is a web based system and is accessible anywhere there is an internet connection. There are no licensing fees or maintenance fees. There is no limit to the amount of users that can access it.
